We decided to customize our blog a little and thought that maybe changing the header would be a great way to do so. Because our music video follows a more nature/autumn theme then we wanted to stick to that, using the sky, trees, leaves, birds to do so. We decided to use both Photoshop and an online editing tool called Picnik to create them. Here are a couple that we made:
We haven't yet decided on the final one, or whether we will be using these or making others, but in the mean time we have chosen one to use for our blog.
Last year none of us really worked on our blogs or blogging, and although we are aware the most important thing on our blogs is the content (text, photos, research, etc.) we also think that personalizing our blog will make our blog look better and in a way encourage us to blog more!
We think that having a header and other little things on our blog differentiates our blog from all the other student blogs and makes it look more like a blog we want to post on rather than a blog we are made post on.
