In the previous post, the analysis of three music videos that have influenced some of our decisions, I mentioned the idea of having the artist hold photographs the same or similar way that this artist does it in the video below (for the song 'Fit but don't you know it by The Streets).

I spent two months in Egypt during the summer so I spent some time checking out other types of music videos to get a few ideas before starting A2. Music videos all have the same purpose; to promote and sell the artist and song, and create the artists image. I found that they were all more or less the same as the ones I usually see (by british/american artists) but at the same time a little different with influences from religions, traditions, and culture of the countries the artist is from. But having thought of maybe incorporating the idea of white card with lyrics or possibly photographs, I remembered this song by a new and upcoming artist (in Egypt), Hamza Namira.
